ESBI Insulating Glass - based on high innovative principle and an advance technology of UK suitable for Indian climate helps to reduce the high energy costs.
ESBI Insulating Glass windows involves the bonding of two or more parallel glass panes together to form a hemetically sealed unit. Its principle is based on the creation of a cavity of dry air ( or argon gas) between two or more sheets of glass. Seperating the glass perfects the system Panes with an aluminium spacer tube, jointed at each corner and filled with a special Absorbent. The unit is then sealed around the perimeter with an elastic sealant. Because of a low heat conductivity of the enclosed air or gas between the glass panes, heat transmission through the window is drastically reduced.
- Resists Sound and Heat Pollution.
- Protection against exterior chemical attack.
- Resistance against water both in fluid or gaseous form.
